I made this video , just to check out the mistake of my movement . This is just a normal training after my shooting training , I did not have too much sinew to do this . So the movement looked very slowly .

I share this video here , just as a training example . After look this , you can find the way for your training .

Here I also share a Kobe’s Fade-Away shooting training video , you can see , in the training , you do not need to jump to high , do not use too much power , just jump lightly , do not loss your balance in the air .

If you just play basketball one or two years , do not harry up to practice this technique , just take more time to do the basic training . When you have a good base , you could start to do this .
