After the last post , we can see that McGrady can shoot deep threes very relaxed . The lessons here in future we will show you how to shoot like T-mac , with McGrady’s shooting skill , you can also shoot deep three relaxed .

Kobe learn Michael Jordan’s shooting movement several years , Kobe’s shooting movement is the most like MJ’s in the NBA now . I just remember that when Kobe first join NBA , I was notice him , not only because he VS. MJ in 1998′s NBA all-star game , but also for Kobe’s movement like MJ’s so much . Though he was too young , MJ beat Kobe fully , but Kobe’s fighting will I still remember clearly today , I know Kobe would be a super star in future .
In 1999 , NBA in the wage storm , all players have much time just because the season was shorter than before . Many players fall down because of lazy , Shawn Kemp for example . As we all know , Michael Jordan is the best basketball player of the world . He has been 6-time NBA Finals MVP , 5-time NBA MVP , 10 NBA Scoring Titles , 6-time NBA Champion .
Many person think the success just because of Michael Jordan’s great physical quality . Sure , it was indeed helpful , but it was not the most important reason . The really answer is because Michael Jordan’s skills , the shooting ability specially .
Many expert said that Michael’s shooting was bad , his jump shooter is unscientific , the arc of the shooting is to low and level , the best basketball shooting should be shown a high arc . May be the expert are right , but just for the normal basketball player , the high arc just helpful for the shooting game , but in the NBA game , we will always run , to find a good shooting position is really difficult , so you will always shoot in the run way with the defender . I made this video , just to check out the mistake of my movement . This is just a normal training after my shooting training , I did not have too much sinew to do this . So the movement looked very slowly .
I share this video here , just as a training example . After look this , you can find the way for your training .
Here I also share a Kobe’s Fade-Away shooting training video , you can see , in the training , you do not need to jump to high , do not use too much power , just jump lightly , do not loss your balance in the air .
If you just play basketball one or two years , do not harry up to practice this technique , just take more time to do the basic training . When you have a good base , you could start to do this .
